Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions
“Product” refers to the Organic Social Media 101 Guide digital file(s), content, or materials purchased and delivered electronically.
“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to digital and social TLC.
“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the purchaser of the Product.

2. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via email.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and device are compatible with the file format provided.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or technical issues outside our control.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a Product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a change-of-mind refund.

4. Licence & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Product for personal or internal business use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, reproduce, or redistribute the Product

  • Upload the Product to public or private sharing platforms

  • Claim the Product as your own or remove copyright notices

  • Use the Product to create competing or derivative products

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Product remains the intellectual property of digital and social TLC.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, earnings, performance, or success of any kind. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, experience, and effort.
